These terms apply to all orders for made-to-measure, custom, or bespoke eyewear products (including frames and lenses) produced to your individual specifications.
By placing an order with Worshipful Spectacles, you agree to these terms.
2.1 All made-to-measure and bespoke products are created based on the specifications you provide (including measurements, colours, styles, and materials).
2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that all specifications are correct before production begins. If you have any questions, please contact us before confirming your order.
3.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you do not have the right to cancel orders for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
3.2 Accordingly, once production has commenced, you cannot cancel or request a refund unless the product is faulty or not as described.
4.1 We regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for bespoke or made-to-measure products unless the item is faulty or does not conform to the agreed specification.
4.2 If you believe there is a fault with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange inspection and, where appropriate, repair or replacement.
5.1 All bespoke and made-to-measure orders require payment in full before production can begin.
5.2 Any balance must be paid before delivery or collection.
6.1 Pricing for lenses and glazing is quoted separately from frame production. If you choose not to proceed with glazing services, this does not affect your obligation to pay for the custom frame.
7.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your order. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
8.1 These terms do not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
